2005 Chevrolet Kodiak C7500

It's been awhile! But I'm back, and here's today's Car of the Day, or I( should probably say Truck of the Day.

Ads: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro

For our next advertisement, I decided to go simple. Here's the Camaro with no limits.

2010 Chevrolet Volt MPV5 Concept

Styling like the Chevy Volt, performance like the Chevy Volt, and efficiency like the Chevy Volt. So what's different? This is a crossover that seats five.

2009 Corvette GT1 Championship Edition

The GT1 was produced in coupe, convertible, and Z06 models throughout the 2009 model year with little performance changes, but many graphic changes. A few of the details were fancier seats, GT1 logos everywhere, and a special engine cover.

2007 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible Concept

Everybody...or most people love the new Camaro, just as they loved, or still love the Camaro concepts that came earlier. Here's one of them.

2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

The 2002 Z06 was capable of making 405 HP and going 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. How fast is that? Not as fast as the ZR1, but it was also lighter and cheaper, and it still is today.

2011 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Limited Edition

The base Z06 is already a great car, but the Carbon version takes it and multiplies it by two, adds 3, and then multiplies it by five. In other words, it's like a ZR1 but actually a Z06 with cool fenders, brakes, and that sick looking number on the side.

2004 Chevrolet Suburban

And the last post in my random Suburban history is a more recent model, one that lets just say is more.....everyday? No, that wasn't the right word....

1996 Chevrolet Suburban

Back when automakers kept the same model for sale for so many years with only minor changes until it dried out and they filled for bankruptcy. Oh wait, we still have Chrysler.

1987 Chevrolet Suburban

What is that kid doing? Why is he in the middle of nowhere? Is he old enough to drive? Is red his favorite color? So many questions, none even about the car, so I'll just stop there.

1967 Chevrolet Suburban

Now that's what I'm talking about. Finally, somebody takes one of these nice trucks and "decks" them out. I don't know what that actually means, but it sounded cool.

1960 Chevrolet Suburban

The Suburban has looked like the CK Truck quite a few times in history, and it kind of still does today. Not as much as it used to, but yeah...

1947 Chevrolet Suburban

How much would I like to restore one of these today? A lot, that's how much. If only I could find one, which would be hard.

1941 Chevrolet Suburban

This "Carryall" is actually a military truck, but who said they can't use them too? Either carry your family or your armed forces.

Thanks Olive-Drab.com for the picture!

1935 Chevrolet Suburban

Speaking of 75 years, here's where it all started. the '35 Suburban. Actually, this was called the "Carryall Suburban" too.

2010 Chevrolet Suburban 75th Anniversary Diamond Edition

What a long name, but I can't believe it's been 75 years. The Suburban is one of those cars that can easily blend into the background, but it really is a nice, over-sized SUV when you actually stop to look at it. 75 years is a long time.

2011 Chevrolet Silverado HD

We all saw it coming, but the new Silverado can finally kick Ford onto the ground, that is if Ford's new Super Duty isn't better. The new Silverado will offer from 16,000 to 20,000 pounds in towing capacity on the 3500 model, thanks to a new Duramax. There will also be less emissions and better fuel milage. If that's not enough, there will also be a stiffer frame, and new rear springs. On looks, well....there are new rims and a new front bumper...but who cares how much styling has changed when there's a whole new engine!

2010 Chevrolet Tahoe

The monster-of-an-SUV-Tahoe is great for hauling boats, picking up kids from soccer, swerving around cars on the highway, and occasionally making people look cooler than they actually are. What a great car.
